cheap squash buffet absence
The room was clean and the bed was large.
The orange juice tasted like cheap squash. The breakfast buffet was previously a self-service with muesli, cornflakes, and fruit, however this was no longer offered .

i thank the team very MUCH for a heartwarming stay. the reception gentleman was inviting and friendly. he. i appreciate the effort put into making my partner's birthday nice, a great kindness.

super location and friendly staff
excellent food spacious room cute staff
i appreciate the staff they were very cute. the room i stayed in was a superior double room it was spacious and clean. the food was excellent i ate both breakfast and dinner and everything tasted fresh.
the hotel shows some wear and tear it could benefit from a makeover.

the hotel has a large car park this is very convenient. the dining room has soft music and rustic decor it creates a warm atmosphere. i noted it has private space with dogs.

the hotel is next to a large park and within minutes from the town centre. direct walks into the new forest are possible from the front door. it has fine scenery and peaceful walks right on the doorstep.

minor issues
hidden fee squeaky floorboards
I was pretty annoyed that the hotel charged extra for pets without clearly stating it upfront. also, the squeaky floorboards in the room above drove me nuts. I barely slept. it's frustrating when you expect a quiet night and get constant noise.
